PLEASE NOTE: These Policies are in place and ACTIVE during any services which are provided to you whether you choose to read them or not. It is expressed during Broadband Signup to Read Carefully and it must be Accepted for our Dialup Users upon running our Setup. Macintosh Users MUST access this information via website.

Refund Policy

Refunds
XpressAmerica does not refund its prepaid service.

Before purchasing Internet service be sure that you will be needing the Internet service for the duration you are subscribing to. Accidental purchase of the time needed may be refunded providing you contact XpressAmerica before 3:00 PM that business day. XpressAmerica will not refund your money for the service you purchased. In the event that you sign-up as a new customer, and your computer, or phone line prohibit you from connecting to XpressAmerica... you must contact XpressAmerica within the same day to void your transaction. Once the transaction has been successfully settled with your bank you will not receive a refund. If you sign up for six months, or one year and decide you do not wish to subscribe to XpressAmerica we will lock your account so the Internet meter will stop running, but you will not receive a refund. When you re subscribe with XpressAmerica you will be credited the days from the suspend date to the original end date to your new term. Extensive setup time for a first time customer to get your computer on line may result in the denial of a refund.

Refunds
Computers Special Orders are not refundable

Special ordered parts, or computers ordered from Dell are not refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required on all special orders. Dispute of your non-refundable charges will en cure addition charges charged to your account. Special orders will not be refunded.

Disputes
If you dispute the charge with your bank we will make every effort, and take whatever means to collect our funds back. Each time this is disputed a $100.00 fee will be charged to your account. Disputed charges will be reported to the 3 credit bureau's, and effect your credit for up to 7 years. If we can not collect on your dispute we will file a small claims and collect our fee's through the legal process. You the customer will be responsible for paying XpressAmerica, all legal, and court fee's.

Stop Payments, and NSF
Should your check be returned for any reasons please contact XpressAmerica as soon as possible. Intentional stop payments after a service has been provided (meaning you logged on at least one time) is illegal. XpressAmerica will take all measures necessary to recover it's charges that were stopped, including bank drafts, and charges on your charge card without your conscent. We also reserve the right to suspend your account, and press criminal charges for theft of services. XpressAmerica reserves the right to add charges to the original check amount. Fees for NSF checks are $30.00 plus the amount of the original check. Fee's for stop payment will be charged $100.00 for each draft plus the original check amount. We also reserve the right not to restore service.

Auto Pay
XpressAmerica offers auto pay with a debit, or credit card. Should you want to add auto pay, which would be a recurring charge, till you notify XpressAmerica to cancel, or your card expires. Should you decide to stop auto-pay you must contact XpressAmerica at least 24 hours prior (Monday to Friday) to your account becoming due. We will not cancel your service if you send the request via another e-mail address then your e-mail @xpressamerica.net. The email address to send the requests to is cancellations@xpressamerica.net. If you do not get a written reply back confirming your auto-pay was turned off from the cancelation e-mail you must assume it was not turned off. You may also call to confirm. If you can not email XpressAmerica you must call us to have the auto-pay removed after giving us your correct password.
